About Me

The forces which have shaped me in becoming a life coach has been both beautiful and unconventional.

By nature, I am a natural achiever who has had to learn the art of rest and presence. In my mid-thirties, a compounding of challenges forced me to stop, reset and re-evaluate the trajectory of my life, and to make really intentional choices about where I was being called.

More than any qualification, it is my lived experience of navigating this period, that has prepared me for this work as a coach.

Not insignificantly, I bring over 20 years pastoral experience within the Catholic Church, walking alongside people of all ages, navigating big changes, overwhelming emotions, grief and relationship challenges.

My approach draws upon the collective wisdom of depth psychology, theology, spiritual direction and narrative, particularly the great myths. I’ve always been drawn to the integration of truth from different disciplines.

Outside coaching, I am an accredited Spiritual Director and founder of Shepherd’s Heart, the creator of The Myth Pilgrim podcast, and author of three children’s books.
